Our application process

1.  Apply

Apply through our online application form. You can also stay connected by joining our talent pool & sign up for a job subscription to be informed about our latest vacancies.

2. Resume review

We’ll read your application carefully and reach out if we will invite for an interview.

3. Interview rounds

Typically the recruitment process consists of 2 interviews, the first one with HR and the second one with the manager and a member of the team. For senior roles we add a 3rd and sometimes even a 4th round with a member of the management team and/or a board member.  

4. Offer

Is there a match? Amazing! We will send you an offer with a summary of the salary and benefits we would like to offer you. If you are happy with the proposal, please sign the offer, return it to HR and you will receive your Edge employment contract.

5. Pre-boarding

In the weeks before your start date we will collect the necessary documents to include you in our HR admin and payroll. We will send you useful information so that you are well prepared.

6. Onboarding

On your first day, your new manager will welcome you, give you a guided tour of our office, introduce you to your colleagues, provide you with the necessary IT stuff and explain all practical things. We will provide you with an onboarding program which will make sure you will feel like a true Edge employee in no time.
