Receptionist (part-time)

You would like to redefine our hospitality standards to charm not only our guests but also your team? Then we want no one but you! You are our flagship, our company ambassador – the first contact for everyone who enters the office. You are our business card, the secret jewel of the office. Together with your two colleagues you take care of our office and the reception area. But be aware: this is not any reception – it is the reception of our beautiful newly designed office, all arranged with a lot of love and a lot of green. Because we want you to feel as comfortable as you feel at home. Because we believe that if you feel comfortable, our guests will do so as well.

Responsibilities you have

  • Answering the phone in a correct and representative way
  • Welcoming of our international visitors
  • Dividing post, distributing incoming email, booking parking spaces and meeting rooms
  • Keeping good contact with our suppliers, including evaluation
  • Cleaning and preparing of our meeting and kitchen area
  • Ordering taxi’s, couriers, flowers, food and beverage

Skills you have

  • Successfully completed education
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in hotel/ hospitality industry
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Good written and oral skills in German and English
