Intern Strategy and Organisation (Berlin)

You will be responsible for supporting the strategy and organization department and help EDGE succeed in our digital transformation. You will deliver analytical and operational excellence to solve challenging business problems. You will work closely with key decision makers and have a direct impact on the strategic and organizational direction of the company.

Responsibilities you have

  • Being part of and supporting the strategy and organization department
  • Contributing to our strategy, business and organizational development with top-notch research, analysis, presentations and project work
  • Preparing information and decision documents for the company’s senior leadership team
  • Contributing to cross-functional projects and managing workstreams independently
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders, both inside and outside of the company
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc project work

Skills required

  • You are currently taking an MBA or Master / Bachelor of Science at a Top-Tier university, have top 10% grades and a keen interest in the topic of digital transformation
  • Previous experience in startups, consulting, HR, real estate or IoT would be advantageous
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, highest work ethic and drive, strong sense of urgency
  • Structure, creativity, proactivity and analytical excellence
  • Identification with our 10 company values and an intrinsic drive for sustainability
  • Ability to cope with time pressure and dynamic surroundings
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, networking and presentation skills in German and English.
  • A desire to learn and to take on new challenges and responsibilities
