What’s amazing about this job?

You will work for one of the most innovative Real Estate companies on cutting-edge research and innovations regarding Wellbeing in the workplace. As Intern R&D Wellbeing you will work directly report to the Product Lead Wellbeing, who is responsible for our workplace standards and measuring the impact of our office buildings regarding health, engagement and performance. During your internship you will support in applied research on real-life projects, in working with clients through measuring the performance of their workspace, collaborate with our inhouse data scientists as well as with external leading suppliers and research institutes. Parallel, you will be assisting in R&D working groups related to wellbeing that are currently running. Topics involve innovations in sensors and (real-time) user feedback as well as dedicated research projects with for instance University College London, TU Eindhoven and others.

Responsibilities you have

  • Supporting with research projects related to healthy buildings
  • Assisting with data-analyses and writing articles
  • Implementing proof-of-concepts for workplace innovations across our projects

You should

  • Have a strong sense of ownership and strive for excellence
  • Be able to cope with time pressure and dynamic surroundings
  • Have an enthusiastic personality and high level of energy
  • Be available to work min. 3 days a week

Skills required

  • You’re currently doing a Bachelor or master’s in psychology, Architecture or Real Estate
  • Enjoy data-science and understand how to perform data-analyses in SPSS, Tableau, Excel or other tools
  • Have an interest and/or past experience in Health & Wellbeing in the Workplace
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English (C1 or higher)
  • Have an EU work permit (if you are not an EU national)
