This full-time position is based in Amsterdam

You will be part of the high energy Commercial Team and you will focus on new business in The Netherlands and guide projects within the portfolio to the next level.  As Commercial Manager, you are a major player within EDGE and responsible for further growth and professionalization of the organization.

Responsibilities you have

  • Acquisitions, leasing, sales to after sales
  • Participation within the development and design process
  • Closely involved in negotiations
  • Maintain contact with clients and other parties, such as brokers, governmental bodies, investors, architects and other consultants
  • Create market opportunities, analyze them and make independent investment proposals to management
  • Work closely with internal and external partners

  • Analytical and precise in execution

Skills you have

  • Master’s degree in for example Economics and Business, law or Real Estate Management or Finance
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Good knowledge of the real estate market and transactions
  • Self-reliant, good problem solver, innovator, results oriented, enthusiastic personality and high level of energy
  • Able to cope with time pressure and dynamic surroundings
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, networking and presentation skills (Dutch and English)
  • Strong social skills and natural drive to grow (y)our network
