Thanks to your incredible sales talent you will maintain 100% occupancy in EDGE Grand Central. Together with your team you will enable efficient building operations and make sure that the processes run smoothly. While managing building KPIs you will ensure that company standards and expectations are met. Most importantly you will be the one to create a collaborative and happy environment amongst our members through maintaining the highest hospitality level, organizing events and personal introductions. All in all: you will be the first to set the standards and show the office world what hospitality can stand for in the era of EDGE Workspaces!

  • giving your existing customers the best possible experience in every interaction
  • deal with complaints
  • contact person to Facility Management company
  • daily support with TECH and IT related challenges

 

Skills you have_

  • positive, inspiring attitude to everything you do for your customers
  • an eye for detail
  • understanding how high standards in the smallest moments feed into the wider revolution
  • English fluent
  • German B1
  • Experience and affinity for TECH
